NEW YORK – “Let me speak clearly: a permanent member of the UN Security Council invaded his neighbor”, violating the United Nations Charter who had signed. “The war is intended to extinguish Ukraine’s right to exist as a state. But if nations can pursue their imperial ambitions without consequences, the entire system created after World War II will collapse.
