The famous Argentine alfajores brand Cachafaz is expanding its presence across the North and Northeast and opens its first store in Fortaleza, at the Iguatemi Bosque shopping mall, this Tuesday (5).

The brand’s physical store growth plan also includes Salvador and Recife, whose stores should be the next to open, in addition to Aracaju and Belém, where the company will arrive later. The goal is to reach 15 stores in Brazil.

Investment of R$9 million

The brand’s venture in the country foresees more than R$9 million in investments, with each unit receiving an initial investment of around R$670 thousand.

The brand’s portfolio includes the traditional alfajor, as well as variations of the Argentine sweet, chocolates, cookies, etc.

The history of Cachafaz dates back to Buenos Aires, in 2001, when three brothers founded the family business, initially dedicated to selling the popular Argentine sweet.
