California wildfire “Dixie” has left 8 people missing and over 184 buildings destroyed

According to a Reuters report on August 7 local time, the largest wildfire in the United States, the “Dixie” wildfire in northern California, has left 8 people missing and destroyed more than 184 buildings.
Plummers County Police said that on the 7th, they received reports of the disappearance of eight people, five of whom were from the Greenville area of the county. The area was severely affected by the fire and many facilities were burned down.
The local fire department stated that the current area of the mountain fire “Dixie” has expanded to 447,000 acres (about 180,894 hectares), and only 21% of the fires have been controlled.
