Can we feed the whole planet with bio?

Feed the planet and do it cleanly. The old dream of organic on a global scale that has divided scientists for years returns to the fore thanks to a study published in the journal Nature Food. A premise: the current share of organic crops in the world is less than 2%, little more than nothing. At the end of 2019 there were about 72 million hectares of agricultural area under organic cultivation, a slight increase compared to previous years.
