At least 11 people died in the collision between a bus and a truck that took place last night in eastern China. State media report it. According to preliminary information, the truck crashed into a security barrier before hitting the bus on a freeway in Jiangsu province, north of Shanghai.
The incident occurred around one in the morning and resulted in at least 19 injuries. It was not specified how many passengers were on the bus. The incident coincided with Qingmingjie, the day when Chinese families visit the graves of their ancestors and traffic on the roads becomes very intense.
