BEIJING – From fishing to data, from customs systems to Internet networks to cooperation in police matters and “in the fields of traditional and non-traditional security”. This is the proposal that Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi will present on March 30 to the Pacific nations: from tomorrow until June 4, the head of diplomacy in Beijing will be engaged in a tour that will take him to the Solomon Islands, Kiribati, Samoa, Fiji , Tonga, Vanuatu, Papua New Guinea and East Timor.
