Covid, a second antiviral is being studied in the US. Here’s how it works and when it will come to us

The second antiviral drug against the Covid has begun the exams for approval in the US. Is called Paxlovid and was developed by Pfizer. A first drug of this type has already been approved in Great Britain on 4 November. Is called Molnupiravir, is produced by Merck (known in Italy as Msd) and is being evaluated since October both at the Emma (European Medicines Agency) and at l’fda, la Food and Drug Administration americana.
