The school, in Germany, is the responsibility of the Land. And each regional government has established its own rules to ensure as much as possible for students to attend it. In Berlin, which makes land on its own, children wear masks even in class, tampons, free of charge, are made on the carpet and quarantines are shorter than for the rest of the population and limited to very close contacts.
