berita.depok.go.id – Mayor of Depok, Mohammad Idris attended the Entry Meeting for the Interim Examination of Regional Government Financial Reports (LKPD) for Fiscal Year (TA) 2023 for Provincial, Regency and City Governments throughout West Java (Jabar).

This activity was held by the West Java Representative Financial Audit Agency (BPK) in the Edelweis Hall, Depok City Hall, Thursday (15/02/24).

Kiai Idris, the nickname of the Mayor of Depok, said that this examination was very useful for completing the 2023 Depok City LKPD. With more mature preparation, Kiai Idris is optimistic that he can achieve Unqualified Opinion (WTP) 13 times in a row in 2024.

“You have to be optimistic that you can get WTP 13 times in a row, because this assessment is sustainable. “This is proof of our seriousness and commitment to accountable government administration,” he said, after the Entry Meeting for the Interim Examination of the 2023 FY LKPD.

He explained that this activity was to see how the budget is managed in the administration of regional government for FY 2023. Mainly from the financial reporting side as a regional government responsibility.

“This preliminary examination is very useful for looking at deficiencies, and these weaknesses are beyond problems, fraud or irregularities. The assessment will be carried out for one month, starting from February 15-March 15 2024,” said Kiai Idris.

Finally, Kiai Idris advised all regional officials to be prepared in collecting and reporting data. The element of caution must be taken into account, in order to present data that is accountable and accountable.
