Dheli’s balancing act between Russian oil and military relations with Washington

CHENNAI – India’s balancing act against Putin’s war against Ukraine is bearing fruit. On the one hand there is the Russian Deputy Prime Minister, Alexander Novakwhich he offers to the Indian oil minister Hardeep Puri crude oil sanctioned in Europe. A deal that the Indian public companies have not let slip: they have in fact booked 5 million barrels of oil at an unbeatable price of about 25 dollars each.
