Donbass, Lugansk are lost but Ukraine is preparing the counter-offensive

The chosen troops have abandoned Severodonetsk in recent days: in small groups they crossed the river with rubber boats, leaving behind cannons and vehicles. The territorial militia squads barricaded in the Azot factory will try to follow them in the next few hours, although they are more likely to be forced to surrender. Their fate affects the decisions of the Kiev headquarters which risks seeing the same scene repeat itself throughout the Lugansk region which remains in its hands.
