Ethiopia, accusations of atrocities and violence against Tigray fighters

ADDIS ABABA. The violence in Ethiopia does not stop. After the bloody offensive conducted by government soldiers with the help of Eritrean forces in Tigray, Tigrinya fighters went on a counterattack outside the borders of the region. And they are accused of carrying out bloody revenge for the abuses suffered.

In interviews collected by the Associated Press, dozens of witnesses said that the Tigray rebels have been targeting communities and religious sites with artillery for two months, killing civilians, robbing health centers and schools and forcing hundreds of thousands of people to flee.
