Fang Wei: How painful is it? Why did Zhao Lijian jump up because of Blinken’s words? | Fang Wei | Blinken | Pompeo | Zhao Lijian | CCP | China |

[Voice of Hope, June 4, 2022](Comprehensive report by our reporter Xin Ji)In his speech on China policy, US Secretary of State Blinken said that there are profound differences between the United States and the Chinese Communist Party and the Chinese government, but these differences do not exist between the two peoples. Zhao Lijian, a spokesman for the State Council of the Communist Party of China, immediately jumped up. Why?

Fang Wei, an American common sense scholar and self-media person, especially brought his in-depth interpretation and analysis.

The Paper reported that on June 2, Zhao Lijian, a spokesman for the Chinese Foreign Ministry, presided over a regular press conference. The reporter asked: “Blinken said in his China policy speech that there are profound differences between the United States, the Chinese Communist Party and the Chinese government. , only exists between the governments and institutions of the United States and China, not between the people. What is China’s comment on this?”

Zhao Lijian replied: “Secretary Blinken’s remarks are an attempt to sow the flesh-and-blood ties between the Chinese Communist Party and the Chinese people. The Chinese side firmly opposes this.”

After I saw this passage, I thought it was too much. As we all know, what Blinken said was blocked by the entire network in China. Now that his words are brought out, Zhao Lijian not only wants to refute him at the press conference, but also to widely publicize it on China’s The Paper, with great fanfare and everyone knows it. Then there is a mystery behind this. So we must talk about this matter. I think this is a key point for China today.

The title used by Fang Wei’s program is called “Poke the Sore”. What does it mean? Fang Wei made an expanded interpretation.

You know, the U.S. side said such things, but not all the time. The U.S. side always talks about the “Chinese government”, “China” and so on. There is no difference between China and the Chinese government. And when was the first difference? was on October 30, 2019. On this day, former US Secretary of State Pompeo delivered a speech on China policy at the Hudson Institute in New York. This speech corresponds to the speech given by Secretary of State Blinken of the Biden administration a few days ago. A major announcement of China policy. At the time, Pompeo said at the Hudson Institute in New York: “The United States is now finally realizing that the Chinese Communist Party is hostile to American values.”

We came from China, and with our eyes closed, we knew that the CCP would say that “the heart of US imperialism will never die.” In fact, the accurate statement is that the heart of the Communist Party will never die. When it is all over the world, then squat down with the tail between the tail and install it for a while, but it must be inserted all over the world.

Pompeo said this to show that they really realize that the CCP is hostile to American values. The feeling you get when you hear it is that they finally get it!

Pompeo continued: The United States has always cherished its friendship with the Chinese people, but the Chinese government and the Chinese people are not the same thing. This sentence is said, the United States from Nixon’s visit to China in 1972 to today, this is the first time the United States has said this: the Chinese government and the Chinese people are not the same thing.

This sentence is very, very profound. There are many people’s credit behind this conclusion, including Mr. Yu Maochun’s credit, and also the US Secretary of State for the Asia-Pacific General Hua Stilwell. Fang Wei has interviewed both of them. After all, Pompeo said this sentence: the Chinese government and the Chinese people are not the same thing.

Pompeo continued: We know and see that the Chinese Communist regime tramples on the most basic human rights of its own people, the great and noble Chinese people. We have seen this in Hong Kong, and we have also seen it from the violation of the human rights of ethnic minorities in Xinjiang. to this point. The governance model of a Leninist party like the Communist Party of China is not the model that the Chinese people, the freedom-loving Chinese people, would like anywhere.

Just a few days after Pompeo’s speech, on November 8, 2019, marking the 30th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall, Pompeo gave a speech in Germany in which he defined the U.S.-China dispute as the conflict between the U.S. government and the Chinese Communist Party. conflict between the two countries, not a conflict between the two countries.

“The Chinese people are creative, intelligent, and capable people,” he said. “The conflict between the U.S. and China is a conflict with the CCP, not the U.S. and China. This is a conflict between the CCP and its authoritarianism and the peace-loving world. challenges among peoples.”

Pompeo’s speech on October 30 immediately aroused the anger of the Chinese Communist Party. The spokesperson of the Chinese Foreign Ministry accused Pompeo, saying that his speech that separated the Chinese people from the Chinese Communist Party was “insidious”. The CCP’s official literati rose up to help, saying that from the perspective of the Chinese leadership (obviously the CCP), “this is a very insidious and vicious approach by the United States.”

Regarding Pompeo’s speech in Germany on November 8, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Geng Shuang criticized Pompeo at a regular press conference that day, saying, “He has separated the Chinese people from the CCP and attempted to sow discord between the two countries. “, Geng Shuang said, “The CCP has won the trust and support of the Chinese people, and the words and deeds that attempt to separate the Chinese people from the CCP are a provocation to all the Chinese people and are doomed to fail.” Overweight criticism of Pompeo.

Then you can see whether Pompeo’s words really touched the sore spot of the CCP, and the pain made it really jump up and the reaction was extremely strong.

Statements about the CCP’s discourse system must be read backwards and read backwards

The CCP has always used its party media to do things. Here I want to explain a truth. People from China know that in China, what the CCP says often has to be read in the opposite direction. The more it emphasizes things, it is often the other way around, or it wants to criticize stinky things. That’s what you need to pay special attention to. You have to turn it around.

For example, our friends who grew up with the “Cultural Revolution” all know, and the older people all know that the party media kept saying that “the situation of the Cultural Revolution is a great one, not a small one, but a great one.” You know, the “Cultural Revolution” made China’s social situation terrible. Only people over 50 years old know that the song sang “The Great Proletarian Cultural Revolution, hey, it’s good! It’s good, it’s good! It’s good!” If the media say it well, you know that, in fact, everyone is saying it badly.

Now, Xi Jinping said that the Communist Party has “four self-confidences”, what are “road, theory, system, and cultural self-confidence”. He emphasizes self-confidence so much. Anyone who understands the language of the CCP will know that it is actually very unconfident now, so he has to emphasize that there are How confident.

Including about 15 years ago, the CCP did a lot of propaganda, saying that a large number of young people actively joined the party. How can you actively join the party, think about it? When you are full and have nothing to do, you suddenly want to join the party enthusiastically? At that time, China joined the WTO, right? When the Chinese were all trying to make a fortune, how could a large number of young people suddenly join the party enthusiastically? If you understand it, look at it the other way around: the party has a problem.

At that time (the end of 2004), it happened that the Epoch Times series of commentaries on the “Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party” came out. There was a wave of withdrawal from the CCP in China. At that time, it was not public quitting the CCP, but privately and anonymously quitting the CCP. People made a statement to quit the party. It was this movement to quit the CCP that frightened the CCP, and it quickly wrote an article saying that a large number of young people joined the CCP enthusiastically. Well, the real situation is not that young people join the party enthusiastically, but that there is something wrong with the party.

This is one way of how to read the CCP’s discourse system—read it backwards and read it backwards.

Therefore, in fact, the CCP responded to Pompeo and Blinken’s jumping feet. It did not hesitate to use the People’s Daily and The Paper to criticize their views with great fanfare. You know, this has hit its sore spot.

The CCP’s power iteration is self-imposed and has nothing to do with the Chinese people

Zhao Lijian said that Blinken “attempted to sow the flesh-and-blood relationship between the Chinese Communist Party and the Chinese people.” So what is the relationship between the Chinese Communist Party and the Chinese people?

I think our friends have experienced after the CCP used the so-called “National Security Law” to subvert Hong Kong, suppress human rights in Xinjiang, and shut down the city of Shanghai. All of us know that the party and the people are antagonistic, even if we say objectively and conservatively. , at least two distinct relationships of domination and ruled. Right?

Because the CCP is a ruling party, its power is passed on by itself, and it has nothing to do with the people. This is not nonsense, whether it is from Mao Zedong’s so-called “I can rest assured when you do things” to Hua Guofeng, or Deng Xiaoping’s Beidaihe meeting to select people such as Hu Yaobang, Zhao Ziyang, Jiang Zemin, and Hu Jintao for the next generation, or even Xi Jinping’s current unlimited Term of office, etc. From beginning to end, the power within the CCP has been conferred by itself, and it has absolutely nothing to do with the Chinese people.

But the question is, why does the CCP have to integrate itself with the Chinese people? The so-called “water and milk blend” relationship.

For example, today’s China we all know is the China of the Communist Party. It has one party in power and still thinks about the red country for thousands of years, and it will be passed down from generation to generation. So today’s China is nominally called the “People’s Republic of China”, but in essence it is the “Republic of the Communist Party of China”. It hides the “Communist Party” and pushes out the “people”, so the government is obviously the government of the CCP, but it is called “the Communist Party of China”. The Central People’s Government”; it is obviously the army of the CCP, the SS of the CCP, and the army only listens to the party, but it is called the “Chinese People’s Liberation Army”, it will not say “The Chinese Communist Party’s Liberation Army”; even the Handan City People’s Court, Luoyang The Municipal People’s Police, the Changsha Municipal People’s Procuratorate, and the Wuxi Municipal People’s Public Security Bureau are all “people”. Did you notice? Everything is in the name of the people, and even a sentence must be added with “you must believe in the party and the people”, “the party and the people are linked together”.

Why does it do this? Do you think this is a party sect? Or is it a habit? I don’t think so. I’ll give my opinion.

How the CCP implanted its concepts and logic in the minds of the people

The Communist Party was founded with three theories: Darwin’s theory of evolution, Marx’s Das Kapital, and Pavlov’s theory of conditioning.

As we all know, Pavlov was a famous biologist in the Soviet Union. He did an experiment: bring a dog into the room, turn on the light, and then give the dog a cookie, and the dog will saliva to help chew, right? ? The next day, the dog was brought in as before, and as soon as the light was turned on and the dog was given biscuits, the dog would salivate. Do the same on the third day. Originally, the light had nothing to do with the dog’s saliva, but after a long time, the dog’s saliva would flow out naturally as soon as the light was turned on and no biscuits were given.

This is the famous Pavlovian theory of conditioning. Two unrelated lights and dog food are linked together: the light becomes a signal for feeding, then when the light is on, the dog will know that there is something to eat, and the dog will saliva. This is conditioned reflex.

It is true that the Communist Party treats people like dogs under various circumstances and conditions. It uses the conditioned reflex of people to connect two unrelated things together. This lamp is the Communist Party of China, and dog food is like The word “people”, when the CCP strengthens the connection between these two things and keeps saying it, because the people will not judge every time they hear a word, “Has it lied to me?” So what news broadcast, The loudspeaker is shouting every day, and you will subconsciously do a conditioned reflex when you listen to it. After a long time, people really think that the party and the people are one. OK, this party is our party, the party of our country, and the party of the people.

In fact, the Communist Party has nothing to do with the people at all. This party has always been based on “I can rest assured when you do things” or designated at the Beidaihe Conference every generation. It does its own power iteration and has nothing to do with the people, but the people will gradually feel: Oh, this is our party, this is our party. is our country’s party. The people will have a kind of negativity and confusion of thoughts.

Because of such results and effects, coupled with the CCP’s violent repression and lies and deceit, the CCP’s long-term occupation of power seems to be sitting “steadily”. Even today, some Chinese people think that without the Communist Party, China will be in chaos: how can such a big country do without the Communist Party? China will become a chaos of warlords. Many people believe these words.

As we all know, from a very early time, there were Whigs, Conservatives and Liberals in the UK, and the Federalist Party, the Democratic Liberal Party, etc. in the United States. Many of these parties are now unheard of. Without these parties, if these parties are eliminated, will Britain be in chaos? Will the United States be divided into warlords?

But some Chinese believe that without the Communist Party, China would be in chaos. This is the effect of Pavlov’s “conditioned reflex” that the CCP has created for a long time.

Although the Communist Party seems to be stable today, and no one can challenge it, people have a feeling of “people of insight, but nothing can be done”, and it seems that there is really no way to say it. But have you realized that this is the result of the CCP’s control of thought, a very, very simple kind of thought control, and it is originally an ideology.

Think about it, everyone, what strength does the Communist Party have to rule a country for a long time? The Communist Party itself does not engage in production and development, nor does it invent or create. The only thing it does is to control and rule people. Everyone goes to see “Animal Farm”, the Communist Party in the farm is like a group of pigs, producing nothing, but it says every day: How hard it is for me to rule everyone, how hard it is for me to lead everyone, so I want to eat and drink spicy food of. “Animal Farm” is a vivid portrayal of the Communist Party. In fact, it does not have any production capacity or the strength to create material wealth. It is an ideology, that is, to master people’s thoughts, and to achieve mastery and control of people’s thoughts through deception.

The Communist Party can use its ideology to gain power. In fact, it is very simple. It can also lose power because of its ideology. why?

It’s very simple. I think Pompeo and Blinken, representing the two U.S. administrations, started to say these very, very clear words. After they said it, I knew that the leaders of the Communist Party were heartbroken. Ordinary Chinese people may think this is what? Thought it was a mouth shot from both sides. But by no means is that the case. Because after clearly distinguishing the CCP from the Chinese people, that is the possibility of the CCP being destroyed in China. If we make this distinction:

Strictly refer to the various levels of institutions under the current CCP rule, not the Chinese President or the Chinese government, but the CCP government, the CCP state president, the CCP Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the CCP army, the CCP courts, the CCP police, and the CCP public security… I wonder if these titles I said are the slightest inaccurate?

Originally it was the police, the public security, the court, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs… Of course it listened to the CCP, so these names are very accurate. In other words, call it what you want, it’s that simple.

When you call it this way, the CCP and the government in the real national sense are distinguished from the Chinese people, and the people will see it clearly. I believe that while everyone is calling it this way, many people inside the CCP will have some thoughts.

Therefore, as journalists and media people, these are the correct titles, and I think this is a suggestion. When all kinds of media, everyone starts to call it that, it will be very effective. I really beg you all, it’s not a small thing.

The CCP is actually occupying our country, and we cannot give it legitimacy. Overseas media reporters and colleagues, I suggest everyone to call it this way, sing about the CCP, and truly separate the CCP from the Chinese people. This will inspire everyone, including those in the CCP Politburo, to think: We need this CCP ?

In 1689 there was a “Glorious Revolution” in England. William and Queen Mary of the Netherlands (Mary II and her husband William III) crossed the sea and entered the United Kingdom. Under the cooperation of the British aristocracy, James II was ousted from power. That regime change was the “Glorious Revolution” (i.e., a regime change without bloodshed – “bloodless”), a nearly half-century struggle between the English Parliament representing the public opinion and the English King representing the absolute power of the monarch, with the victory of the Parliament. Finish.

Today’s “Glorious Revolution” in China begins with the distinction between the CCP and the Chinese people. Blinken’s words made Zhao Lijian jump with anger, and he did everything to criticize him on The Paper and People’s Daily, which shows that the CCP is really afraid. Therefore, the more and more everyone must emphasize, repeat, and implement this awareness, firmly separate the CCP and the Chinese people, and let this political party that has risen because of the communist ideology also disappear because of the communist ideology.
