The law stipulates that starting from Sunday, only vaccinated tourists can travel to France for vacation, while those who are not vaccinated can only enter for necessary reasons, and require a negative COVID-19 test result and quarantine upon arrival in France 7 days.

Currently, tourists who have not been vaccinated can enter France as long as they show a negative test result for COVID-19.

The European Union has made a decision on August 30 to remove the United States from its list of safe countries. The EU essentially recommends banning non-essential travel such as vacations.

In an order issued by France on Thursday, the United States and Israel were downgraded from its “green” country list to the “orange” list, effectively banning non-vaccinated visitors to France for non-essential travel.
