Gas leak in a nuclear plant in Spain: one dead and three injured

MADRID. One person died and three were taken to hospital after a carbon dioxide leak at the Ascò nuclear power plant in the Spanish region of Catalonia. Local emergency services let them know. A problem in the plant’s fire prevention system would have caused the gas to leak which fortunately, the authorities say, would not be linked to any nuclear material.
