Kupriyanov said that Gazprom has always been ready to supply more natural gas to Europe under existing long-term contracts, and the price is significantly lower than the spot price.
Russian President Vladimir Putin said on the 24th local time that Russia’s supply of more natural gas to the European market will certainly help stabilize prices, but European countries have chosen not to do so, and they can only blame their own policies. He called on the European Union to approve Russia’s pipeline project “Beixi-2” for the delivery of natural gas to Germany.
