Very few EU citizens, zero Italians. The post-Brexit UK academia looks a lot to North America and Asia, and very little to Europe, not considered a hotbed of excellence. London’s new policy in terms of student mobility looks to quality, and Italian and twelve-star universities are not even taken into consideration. Her Majesty’s government has launched a program aimed at attracting high-level students and researchers, giving away individual visas aimed at the purpose.
