The murder of the president of Haiti Jovenel Moïse could become an international case. At least on the political-diplomatic level. The commando that took part in the ambush was made up of 26 former Colombian army soldiers and two Americans of Haitian origin. Eight are still on the run while 17 have been arrested: 15 Colombians and the couple of natives. The first is called James Solages, former security guard, former diplomatic agent, head of security at the Canadian embassy in Haiti.
