From today, German doctors will no longer be prohibited from giving detailed information on abortion to their patients. The German Federal Parliament decided, by a large majority, to abolish the law that dates back to the Nazi era and which for more than 80 years prevented women from receiving the necessary assistance, leaving them alone and limiting one of the fundamental rights.
