Hong Kong: China closes another pro-democracy newspaper

Another blow to press freedom in Hong Kong: the independent pro-democracy news site, Citizen News, announced the closure. From tomorrow all activities on the web will cease and the site will be closed, the newspaper said, while fears are growing over the increase in pressure on the media in the former British colony.
