How to achieve peace in Ukraine and the difficult agreement with Vladimir Putin

LONDON – Russia’s announcement to concentrate its military resources in eastern Ukraine, towards the Donbass already occupied by the pro-Russian, and for now abandoning its ambitions on the capital Kiev, may be a first signal to channel the conflict towards a sort of de-escalation, or a truce, or even a peace?
