Vodafone Bis e Fax have reached the end of their journey: the two services will be permanently closed respectively the 3 June and the April 13 of this year. Customers who still have them active will be able to use them until they expire, after which they will be deactivated and the operator will no longer charge the amount due.

The end of Vodafone Bis was already marked: in fact it is from 2020 new customers can no longer activate a second SIM with the same telephone numberdal 3 June the stop will concern even customers who have been using it for a long time, both rechargeable and subscription. Therefore, starting from that date, the monthly cost will no longer be charged.

To facilitate the transition towards new generation services and for network modernization needs, Vodafone announces that starting from 03/06 the “Bis” service, active on top-up or subscription, will no longer be available. Therefore, starting from 03/06, the Bis SIM will be deactivated and the related monthly cost will no longer be charged.

Vodafone specifies that affected customers will be informed via SMS (rechargeable) and communication on the invoice and SMS (subscription). There is the possibility of withdraw from the contract or to port your number to another operator without penalties or deactivation costs within 90 days of receiving the communication.

HOW TO WITHDRAW

Simply fill out the form available HERE or go to a Vodafone store. Alternatively, you can send a registered letter with return receipt to Vodafone Customer Service, CP 190 – 10015 Ivrea (TO) or write a PEC to [email protected] or call 190. Remember to always attach a copy of the document of identity and to indicate the reason for “modification of contractual conditions”.

The closing date is April 13, 2024, after which no cost will be charged to the customer who had the active service. Also in this case, Vodafone will notify those directly involved, providing them with useful information should they decide to withdraw from the operator.

DOCUMENTS WILL NOT BE LOST

Until April 12th it will be possible to save archive documents in PDF format. Be careful, because after this date you will no longer have access to the documentation.

Customers who do not accept the contractual change can withdraw for free or switch to another operator within and no further than 12 maggio (causal: modification of the contractual conditions).
