Another day of protests in the streets: Iranians continue to challenge the regime and its uncertain overtures. The general strike, the latest evolution of an increasingly tenacious revolt, has paralyzed the country especially among the Kurdish communities. But even in Tehran, although the Grand Bazaar remained open, many shops kept their shutters down in protest.
