ISIUS presents a new preview of what will be their next album

ISIUS They continue to reel off the songs from what will be their new album, an album that was recorded live in Studio 2 at Abbey Road in London and will be released on Ernie Records. Yes, a few weeks ago we saw the first preview titled “Sertraline”on this occasion it is the turn of a topic called “penis school”. In it, the band from Vigo proposes a journey that moves between expectations and reality, being a song that emerged during a trip to that town of Castellón. On that occasion, the people of Vigo thought they would find a town with charm, interesting architecture, history and magic, when the reality was that they saw mass tourism, a lot of brick and really bad weather conditions.

A situation that translates into the composition process, which featured a guitar that only had the last two strings in tune. However, the result of the recording has such intensity that it transports the listener to the sounds of the 90’s, with a song that is pure energy in its only 1 minute and 40 seconds of duration. The launch is accompanied by a video clip in which they present this game between expectations and reality, something that is reflected in everyday moments that range from Borja’s Ecce Homo to tourist overcrowding, also including the real estate boom or the first date. The production was carried out by Carlos Gil, while Chris Bolster was in charge of the recording and mixing.

ISIUS They will be presenting this new album, which will be released in spring under the Ernie Records label, on May 24 in Vigo at Radar Estudios and on the 25th of the same month at the Mardi Gras room in A Coruña.
