The Israeli Defense Forces arrested two Palestinians suspected of carrying out the Elad bombing in central Israel, which cost the lives of three people, while several others were injured.
They are As’ad Yousef As’ad al-Rifa’i, 19, and Subhi Emad Subhi Abu Shqeir, 20, as stated in a joint note released by the Israeli police and Shin Bet. The two, originally from a city near Jenin in the West Bank, are accused of killing three Israelis with axes in Elad, a majority ultra-Orthodox city in central Israel, on Thursday. The two were taken in the same area where the attack took place.
