JERUSALEM – The scarcity of water, the rising temperatures, the advancing desert, and biting. For a region with traditionally difficult weather conditions like the Middle East, climate change poses an even more pronounced threat. And it is precisely to counter the phenomenon that Israel is working on a regional alliance, to share objectives and initiatives.
