Jane Goodall’s appeal to the G20: “Enough with international wildlife trafficking”

What does the very rare Italian peregrine falcon have in common with the Congo gray parrot? Or with the Saltwater, Australia’s saltwater crocodile? They, and thousands of other wildlife, are victims of a multi-billion dollar global trade. These are animals that are used for commercial purposes internationally, reduced to commodities to supply the markets with food, medicine, ornaments, fashion, the trafficking of exotic animals and even for our entertainment.
