KIEV – Air heavy with rubble and smoke, firefighters hanging from cranes in the gutted apartment building. Missiles are back in Kiev, and there is still civilian blood. The Russians were aiming for a military factory, but they hit a nursery school and destroyed a family: the kindergarten was empty, unfortunately the building. This is the third time they have hit Artem, an old Soviet factory on Tatarska, near the center of Kiev, which produced missiles.
