Libya, clash with the central bank, the NOC cuts oil exports

In Libya, a new clash threatens to deeply destabilize the new government of Prime Minister Abdelhamid Dbeibah. It is not a dispute between rival militias or between Libya’s foreign adversaries: it is the central bank led by Sadiq el Kebir that has entered on a collision course with Noc, the state oil company led by engineer Mustafà Sanallah.
