It is a WAR of legal appeals in Libya on the candidacies for the presidential elections on December 24th. And if things were to remain like this, without yet another return to arms, this would still be good news for the Libya post-revolutionary. The most important candidates are all at the center of legal disputes over their candidacy, disputes triggered by appeals presented in the various courts of the country.
