Libya, it’s official: presidential elections postponed

The Libyan Parliament officially announced that holding the presidential elections scheduled in 2 days “is impossible”. The vote that should have chosen the new Libyan head of state is therefore officially postponed, probably to January 24. But in the meantime, a new political negotiation is starting. A negotiation that sees the emergence of a pact of consultation between the general Khalifa Haftar and two politicians from Misano, Fathi Bashaga e Ahmed Maitig.
