Libya, the coast guard fires at Italian fishing boats: the commander of the trade wind is wounded

The Italian fishing boat “Aliseo” was attacked by a patrol boat of the Misrata coast guard while it was engaged in fishing operations 30 or 40 miles from the coast, or in international waters. Commander Giuseppe Giacalone was wounded in the arm and head (by shrapnel from a glass in the cabin hit by bullets). Giacalone was treated by a military doctor of the Italian frigate Libeccio.
