Libya, the vote of 24 December postponed: the Electoral Commission blocks the preparations

TRIPOLI – The head of the High Electoral Commission of the Libya, Imad al Sayeh, has ordered to dissolve the electoral committees and to put an end to activities to prepare for the presidential elections on December 24th. In fact, it is the first public act that sanctions the postponement of the vote of December 24th.
