LONDON. The ruling has sent several representatives of the Johnson government into a panic. The High Court of London has in fact imposed that “D4”, the code name of an anonymous grandmother from the north of England, remains to all intents and purposes an English citizen, despite the British Ministry of the Interior having stripped her citizenship in December 2019 for terrorism and for joining ISIS in Syria together with their daughters.
