Macron – Draghi: European identity strengthens in the arrests in Paris

PARIS – It is a turning point that had been preparing for some time for the Elysée but the acceleration was given with the arrival of Mario Draghi at Palazzo Chigi. The premier called Emmanuel Macron last Wednesday to address a series of issues. On the sidelines of the phone call, the two leaders also discussed the requests for extradition of Italians convicted of terrorist offenses and fugitives in France for decades.
