TEL AVIV, The alarm sirens rang twice again this evening in Tel Aviv and throughout the central area of Israel. Explosions in the sky were heard, most likely due to the interception of rockets launched from Gaza. A few hours ago Hamas announced that it would resume rocket launches on Tel Aviv at midnight local, 11 pm in Italy. Hamas has claimed rocket fire from Gaza and there is currently no news of victims. The Israeli armed forces announced on the official Twitter profile that “Men, women, children and the elderly are in shelters to protect themselves from rockets fired at them.”

All this after Israeli Prime Minister Benyamin Netanyahu defended the Israeli offensive by saying that “there is no more just or moral operation”. The prime minister then pointed out that the hostilities began when Hamas started firing rockets on Jerusalem last Monday. And that the conflict will still last “a few days”.
