Research results show that coffee drinkers consume an average of two cups of coffee a day, including decaffeinated coffee or instant coffee or ground coffee. Their risk of chronic liver disease is 21% lower than those who do not drink coffee, and the risk of chronic liver disease or fatty liver is 20% lower. Their probability of dying from chronic liver disease is also reduced by 49%.
