New York Attorney General investigates Trump Organization CFO

The New York Attorney General’s Office, Letitia James, has opened a criminal investigation into tax matters on former President Donald Trump’s company finance officer, the New York Times reported on Wednesday.

James’s office reportedly notified the Trump Organization in a January letter that it had opened a criminal investigation into chief financial officer, Allen Weisselberg.
