MOSCOW – The so-called Russian “special military operation” in Ukraine has dominated the international debate for months, so much so that according to bettors and analysts, on the podium of the eligible candidates Nobel Peace Prize which will be conferred tomorrow, in addition to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, there are two opponents who lead the fight against Russian President Vladimir Putin or post-Soviet dictatorships.
