ODESSA – It is hard to reach the small office of Roman Schwarzman, on the first floor of the Odessa Holocaust Survivors Association. The stairs and corridors are crammed with huge boxes crammed with donations for the displaced. And the slalom between the cartoons is made even more complicated by collisions with busy volunteers talking on the phone, handing out homework, filling out papers.
