Green light from the European Union to the proposal by Spain and Portugal to lower the cost of electricity bills by setting a ceiling on the price of gas in the Iberian Peninsula. This was announced by the ministers of the environment of the two countries, Teresa Ribera and Duarte Cordeiro, at a press conference in Brussels after a meeting with the vice president of the EU Commission, Margrethe Vestager.
