AT LEAST four people were killed in a terrorist attack that took place today in Quetta, the capital of Balochistan in the central area of Pakistan near the border with Afghanistan. At least a dozen were injured. The attack occurred with an explosion in the parking lot of a luxury hotel, the Serena Hotel, where the Chinese ambassador was staying, who was unharmed and not present at the time of the attack.
