Peru, four arrests for the murder of lay missionary Nadia De Munari

Four people were arrested in Peru for the murder of Nadia de munari, the lay missionary of Operation Mato Grosso who died in the South American country on 24 April last. The woman, a volunteer from Vicenza, died following the injuries sustained in the attack that took place on the night between 20 and 21 April. Two of the arrested are from the community where the woman worked and two others lived nearby. The Rome Public Prosecutor had opened a file on the murder, delegating the investigation to the Carabinieri del Ros in collaboration with the Fiscalia of the new Chimbote.
