[Epoch Times September 10, 2021](The Epoch Times reporter Lin Zirong reported) On November 13, 2015, Paris, France, was attacked by terrorists with suicide bombs and guns, killing 130 people. After six years of investigation, the case finally opened at the Palais de Justice in Paris on September 8. The French police dispatched a large number of police officers.
The 2015 serial terrorist attacks involved more than 300 victims. The interrogation process, which is expected to last more than nine months, has been described by the outside world as the Grand Interrogation of the Century. The only surviving suspect is the 31-year-old Salah Abdeslam (Salah Abdeslam). He had strapped a bomb to his body to launch a suicide attack, but in the end he did not detonate. He was arrested and imprisoned in April 2016.
When Abu Deslan appeared in court, he said that he had given up all his jobs in order to become an Islamic State (ISIS) fighter.
The picture shows that on September 7, the day before the trial, police have been deployed outside the Paris Judicial Palace and around the courtroom to increase security. On September 8th, in order to escort the suspect Salah Abdeslan to the Palace of Justice for trial, the prisons included Fleury-Merogis (Fleury-Merogis) prison, inside and outside the justice palace, and during the guarding process.
The results of the trial are expected to be announced in May next year.
