Poland, Bagnasco mission to investigate pedophilia in the church

VATICAN CITY – For days the cardinal Angelo Bagnasco, former president of the Italian bishops, is in Poland. Sources confirm it would be there on behalf of Francesco, to investigate the coverage granted over the years by some bishops to pedophile priests. According to the Polish press, Bagnasco is at the helm of a real commission in the style of the one established long ago for abuses in Chile.
