Poland, law blocks the return of goods for Shoah victims. Israel: “Unfair to Jews and non-Jews”

BERLIN – There is not only the law against free TV and media. Last night the Polish Chamber also approved a law that drastically restricts, almost to the point of nullifying it, the right of survivors and descendants of Holocaust victims to request the return of family assets that were confiscated from them by the German Nazi occupiers, and after in 1945 they became the property of the communist dictatorship.
