BRUSSELS – The Treaties must be respected and “we are obliged to do so to the extent that the Treaties require us to do so. Not a comma less, not a comma more”. In the letter that the Polish premier Mateusz Morawiecki sent to all the other leaders of the European Union, this sentence stands out.
