“The West does not take Russian warnings seriously enough not to cross the ‘red lines’ and Moscow needs serious security guarantees.” This was the warning of the Russian president, Vladimir Putin, who spoke at an enlarged meeting of the college of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
