Rape and violence: the judicial investigation that puts the French porn world in crisis

PARIS – It is the largest judicial investigation into amateur French porn. Magistrates have begun to investigate some platforms accused of a long list of violence severely punished by the penal code and international conventions: torture, rape, abuse of vulnerability, exploitation of prostitution, human trafficking, sexist and racist hate speech, sexist, lesbian-phobic and racist insults.
