FLY – After “the Crimea effect”, “the Ukraine effect”: one month after the launch of the offensive in Ukraine, the approval rate of the Russian president Vladimir Putin jumped from 71 percent in February to 83 percent. This was revealed by the latest survey by the only independent statistical institute Levada Tsentrmoreover designated by the Russian authorities as a “foreign agent”, confirming the trend already registered in recent weeks by government institutions.
